storm light, storm bright

As the storm was rolling towards us the clouds above turned black but there was still bright blue sky to the right.  It was such beautiful lighting.  I knew it would pass as quick as it arrived so I grabbed my camera, asked my boy to come outside and managed a few frames before it started bucketing down.  I wonder if I'll ever see such light again?  Fingers crossed.

I'm installing Dance, Sucker. in two sleeps and I can't wait to see the works on the walls/floor/TVs! The above image is a still from one of the films in the series. Dance, Sucker. is a new media series consisting of 11 photographs, 2 short films, confetti, sparkles and audience interaction. It was shot, and is being exhibited at The Substation (Newport, Victoria) as part of the Big West festival in the Larger Than Life exhibition.
